For high-achieving women world wide who are ready to slow down, root into their authentic selves, and create alignment in life, love, and business.

This is not about hustle, quick fixes, or business-building strategies. Instead, my coaching weaves soul work, feminine embodiment, and practical integration to help you release perfectionism, reclaim your voice, and align your business and life with your highest values. Together, we work on the inner foundation that allows you to thrive as a woman, leader, and human being.

Note: Many women I work with are business owners and can claim this as a professional expense, but this coaching is about merging mind, body, soul, and values with your life, self, business, and relationships — not about learning marketing or business strategy.

Therapy

For women in Colorado who are seeking deeper healing, emotional support, and a safe place to finally exhale.

I work with high-achieving women who look accomplished on the outside but often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out on the inside. Together, we untangle burnout, anxiety, grief and relational pain while gently exploring the emotions and attachment patterns that keep you stuck in old cycles.

Through trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy, you’ll learn to soften perfectionism, create space for rest, and build a secure relationship with yourself and others. This is a space to move beyond old stories, reconnect with your authentic self, and feel grounded in love, safety, and wholeness.

Both are distinct pathways — one through soul-centered coaching for women worldwide, the other through therapy for women in Colorado.

While the approaches are different, the heart of my work is the same: to create a safe, compassionate space where high-achieving women can release old patterns, soften perfectionism, and reconnect with their truest selves. Whether through coaching or therapy, my intention is to help you heal, root into secure love, and rise into a life and relationships that feel deeply aligned.
