Working with me is a unique form of coaching with a holistic approach. I offer one-to-one coaching and group programs to help female leaders create the life that you define as successful.
My coaching programs are designed to get to the root cause of your problems. We’ll strip back all the layers and reveal your true identity. I incorporate an East meets West approach, looking at your life using a 360° perspective and getting beneath the surface level work. Together, we will create authenticity and alignment in your life, business/career and relationships.
I will help you recognize your goals in life and help you hold yourself accountable, while giving you the encouragement you need throughout your journey to becoming your authentic self. My coaching programs utilize techniques such as conscious coaching, meditation, mindfulness, practical tools, workbooks, Somatic work, and spiritual teachings connecting the mind-body-spirit. All are designed to help you live the extraordinary life that you are meant to live.
Every individual is unique, and every journey is created on a case-by-case basis. I offer virtual 1:1 coaching, group programs, and in-person events in Colorado.
Since 2016 I have coached hundreds of female leaders in 1:1, 3-month group programs, workshops, and retreats.

I have a straight-talking directness, with a warm, wise, and deeply rooted sense of compassion. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for them to share things while always maintaining my professionalism.
